Glass Artists is a Boston-based live music agency providing conservatory-trained musicians for luxury weddings, corporate events, hotel partnerships, brand activations, and private celebrations throughout New England and beyond. Founded by violinist and entrepreneur Nikki Naghavi, Glass Artists specializes in curated live music experiences ranging from solo violin and string quartets to contemporary crossover ensembles and violin-DJ collaborations.
Since its founding in 2023, Glass Artists has performed at luxury hotels, historic venues, museums, private estates, and corporate events across the country. Clients and venues include Four Seasons Boston, Boston Harbor Hotel, Chatham Bars Inn, Cartier, SERHANT, the JFK Presidential Library & Museum, and more.

At its core, Glass Artists was created to bridge high-level artistry with modern hospitality while creating sustainable performance opportunities for the next generation of musicians.
Our musicians are graduates and performers from leading institutions and ensembles including the New England Conservatory, The Juilliard School, Yale School of Music, Berklee College of Music, University of Southern California, Boston Symphony Orchestra, Boston Pops, and beyond.
Every ensemble is curated intentionally to ensure exceptional musicianship, professionalism, presentation, and adaptability across a wide range of audiences and event styles.

Booking Glass Artists is simple. Start by reaching out through our contact form or email with your event date, location, and the type of experience you’re envisioning. From there, we create a customized proposal based on your timeline, venue, ensemble preferences, and musical style. Once finalized, a signed agreement and deposit officially reserve your date. We provide live music services throughout New England and beyond for weddings, corporate events, hotels, and private celebrations.

Can we choose the songs for our wedding?
Absolutely! We specialize in creating personalized setlists. Whether you want timeless classical pieces or contemporary hits, we’ll work with you to ensure the music reflects your style and story.
Do you offer music for both the ceremony and the reception?
Yes, we can provide music for every part of your wedding, including the guest arrival, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and even special moments like your first dance.
Can you accommodate song requests on the day of the wedding?
While we prefer receiving requests in advance to prepare, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute changes whenever possible. If we have the music on hand, consider it done!

How do you ensure the music fits our brand?
We’ll collaborate with you to understand your company’s brand values and event goals. Our musicians will create a professional atmosphere that aligns perfectly with your company’s image.
Can you work with other vendors we’ve hired for the event?
Of course! We regularly coordinate with event planners, AV teams, and other vendors to ensure seamless integration and flawless execution.

Do you travel for events?
Yes, we’re happy to travel to your event location. Travel fees may apply and will be shared as part of our quote.
What types of ensembles do you offer?
We offer a range of ensembles, from solo performers to string quartets and hybrid setups with live musicians and backing tracks. Our packages are fully customizable to meet your event’s size and style.
Do you provide your own equipment?
We provide our own instruments and music stands. For select events, we are also able to provide amplification and basic sound equipment when appropriate for the venue and performance setup. When amplification is required and supplied by Glass Artists, an additional fee may apply and will be clearly included in your quote.
We are always happy to coordinate with your venue or AV team to ensure a seamless technical setup and an elevated guest experience.

If you choose to move forward, you’ll be paired with a dedicated Glass Artists concierge who will serve as your primary point of contact throughout the entire planning process, at no additional cost.

What is your payment policy?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the event.
