Inspiration to Impact
Glass Artists was founded by Nikki Naghavi, a professional violinist and entrepreneur with extensive experience as a touring classical musician. Through her global performances, Nikki witnessed a recurring challenge: exceptionally talented, highly trained musicians, especially recent graduates from top conservatories, struggled to find consistent, meaningful work despite their dedication and skill.
This realization hit close to home. Nikki saw many of her peers from music school, young musicians with remarkable talent and passion, grappling with the harsh reality of balancing their art with financial stability. These artists, much like Nikki herself, had dedicated years to mastering their craft, only to find themselves juggling unrelated jobs to make ends meet.
Motivated to change this narrative, Nikki founded Glass Artists to create opportunities where young musicians could not only perform regularly at high-profile events and prestigious venues but also earn fair wages that truly reflect their talent and dedication. The goal was to help these artists thrive professionally without sacrificing their passion for music.

Glass Artists is a professional live music agency specializing in creating personalized musical experiences for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. We offer customized string ensembles, hybrid performances with live musicians and backing tracks, and curated music selections tailored to your event’s unique style and vision.
WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE LIVE MUSIC FOR MY EVENT?
Live music creates a dynamic and immersive atmosphere that recorded tracks simply can’t replicate. It adds a deeply personal touch, enhances emotional moments, and creates lasting memories for you and your guests.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date. Popular dates fill up quickly, especially during summer wedding and holiday seasons. Ideally, book at least 6–12 months in advance. However, don’t hesitate to reach out—even if your event is sooner, we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Can we choose the songs for our wedding?
Absolutely! We specialize in creating personalized setlists. Whether you want timeless classical pieces or contemporary hits, we’ll work with you to ensure the music reflects your style and story.
Do you offer music for both the ceremony and the reception?
Yes, we can provide music for every part of your wedding, including the guest arrival, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and even special moments like your first dance.
Can you accommodate song requests on the day of the wedding?
While we prefer receiving requests in advance to prepare, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute changes whenever possible. If we have the music on hand, consider it done!

We’ll collaborate with you to understand your company’s brand values and event goals. Our musicians will create a professional atmosphere that aligns perfectly with your company’s image.
Can you work with other vendors we’ve hired for the event?
Of course! We regularly coordinate with event planners, AV teams, and other vendors to ensure seamless integration and flawless execution.

Do you travel for events?
Yes, we’re happy to travel to your event location. Travel fees may apply and will be shared as part of our quote.
What types of ensembles do you offer?
We offer a range of ensembles, from solo performers to string quartets and hybrid setups with live musicians and backing tracks. Our packages are fully customizable to meet your event’s size and style.
Do you provide your own equipment?
We provide our own instruments and music stands. For select events, we are also able to provide amplification and basic sound equipment when appropriate for the venue and performance setup. When amplification is required and supplied by Glass Artists, an additional fee may apply and will be clearly included in your quote.
We are always happy to coordinate with your venue or AV team to ensure a seamless technical setup and an elevated guest experience.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes! We’re happy to meet with you to discuss your event details and preferences. You can fill out our contact form to schedule your complimentary consultation.
If you choose to move forward, you’ll be paired with a dedicated Glass Artists concierge who will serve as your primary point of contact throughout the entire planning process, at no additional cost.

How much do your services cost?
Our pricing varies based on the ensemble size, duration of performance, and travel requirements. Contact us for a personalized quote tailored to your event.
What is your payment policy?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the event.
What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling. Cancellation policies and fees are outlined in your contract.
