Our Story:

Glass Artists was founded by Nikki Naghavi, a professional violinist and entrepreneur with extensive experience as a touring classical musician. Through her global performances, Nikki witnessed a recurring challenge: exceptionally talented, highly trained musicians, especially recent graduates from top conservatories, struggled to find consistent, meaningful work despite their dedication and skill.

This realization hit close to home. Nikki saw many of her peers from music school, young musicians with remarkable talent and passion, grappling with the harsh reality of balancing their art with financial stability. These artists, much like Nikki herself, had dedicated years to mastering their craft, only to find themselves juggling unrelated jobs to make ends meet.

Motivated to change this narrative, Nikki founded Glass Artists to create opportunities where young musicians could not only perform regularly at high-profile events and prestigious venues but also earn fair wages that truly reflect their talent and dedication. The goal was to help these artists thrive professionally without sacrificing their passion for music.
